Orca Prepreg Resins & Adhesive

Orca Composites is pleased to offer a full range of prepreg possibilities with different resin systems and reinforcements including; carbon, glass, aramid and others. The resins can be tailored to specific liquid and cured properties to cover a full range of applications and industries. Cure temperatures range from 200˚F to 310˚F and shelf life storage requirements range from 12 mos. to 30 mos. providing temperatures do not exceed 75˚F and 0˚F, respectively.

Orca Composites offers a unique thermosetting epoxy matrix resin system featuring a one-year shelf life without refrigeration. This resin is currently used for tow/roving, unitape, fabric and braid and is available for carbon, glass, aramid and other fibers. Resin content, resin flow during cure, and tack levels can be tailored to suit your process requirements.

TF7035

ADHESIVE
Orca Composites TF7035 is a high strength modified epoxy film adhesive with a fast cure time at 250°F (120°C). This film can be supplied with or without a synthetic fabric carrier. It is designed for high peel strengths in load bearing structures. Testing of this formulation has met the requirements set forth in specification MMM-A-132, Type 1, Class 2 and exceeded the requirements of MIL-A-25463.

Used in composite, honeycomb, metal, and other adhesion applications requiring high shear strengths and corrosion resistance. Available in weight ranges.
